They are now looking for a passionate and commercially driven Account Manager to grow and manage hotel partnerships.

Job Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of hotel partners on the platform
  • Build strong relationships with hotel partners to drive engagement and performance
  • Optimize hotel listings, pricing, availability, and content to maximize bookings
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, and campaigns with partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to improve partner experience
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard new hotel partners
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 3-6 years of experience in OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia) or hotel industry
  • Strong understanding of online travel distribution and revenue management
  • Proven ability to manage accounts and drive business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
