Account Manager to grow and manage hotel partnerships.
Job Description
- Manage and grow a portfolio of hotel partners on the platform
- Build strong relationships with hotel partners to drive engagement and performance
- Optimize hotel listings, pricing, availability, and content to maximize bookings
- Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations
- Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, and campaigns with partners
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to improve partner experience
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new hotel partners
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3-6 years of experience in OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia) or hotel industry
- Strong understanding of online travel distribution and revenue management
- Proven ability to manage accounts and drive business growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
