Job Description

Our client is a leading content and media company serving international airline clients and are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing airline accounts, delivering high-quality content solutions, and supporting business development initiatives within the inflight entertainment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary or secondary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, responsive, and trusted relationships
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to enhance service levels or introduce new content solutions
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly or quarterly client reports and performance updates

Content & Project Coordination

  • Manage the end-to-end content service cycle, from client briefing and content curation to final delivery and post-delivery support
  • Coordinate content proposals, playlist development, and approval processes in line with airline requirements and programming deadlines
  • Work closely with internal teams including acquisition, operations, and finance to ensure smooth and timely project execution

Business Development & Commercial Support

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential airline clients or partners
  • Support tender submissions, proposal writing, and other business development or commercial initiatives
  • Represent the company at international and regional industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings when required

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Assist the finance team in following up on outstanding client payments to ensure timely collections
  • Perform administrative or operational duties related to account servicing and business development activities
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, airline needs, and evolving inflight entertainment technologies
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Employer from time to time

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong client management and communication skills
  • Experience in account management, media, content services, aviation, or related industries is an advantage
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events when required
