Account Manager
Responsibilities:
. Regular engagement with retailer's buyers/category managers to ensure sales, distribution and merchandising opportunities are maximized.
. Responsible for monthly forecast and planning of sales and key account management.
. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Production, Logistics, Ordering team etc) to resolve supply chain, customer service and marketing issues etc related to retailer's activities.
. Manage and monitor execution performance (brand location, range, stock availability, pricing, share of shelf etc) and active follow up with the team to resolve issues.
. Propose new product listing, extension & upgrading into the Key Account.
. Plan, negotiate and execute new launches, campaigns, price increases etc.
. Prepare, plan, monitor and manage promotion calendar activities and trade expenses in line with business, brand strategy.
. Ensure post promotional analysis takes place to measure effectiveness.
. Responsible for submission of regular and timely sales and opportunity reports.
. Gather and input competitor intelligence.
. Price analysis of 9retailer supermarket competitors products for company brand & pricing strategy.
. Conduct store visits when required.
. Any other ad-hoc duties.
Education and Work requirements:
Degree with class 3 driving license, preferably with own car.
Experienced in sales, FMCG industry, key account management, or relevant experience.
Ability to multi-task.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical with strong financial acumen & proficient in Microsoft Office.
Hands on individual.
