Job Description

KeyResponsibilities

  • Act as the exclusive primary liaison fordesignated strategic key clients, cultivate and sustain stable, long-termhigh-value cooperative partnerships.
  • Dig into clients core business objectives,bottlenecks across supply chain operations and customized logistics demands,jointly design targeted, cost-effective logistics solutions matching theiroperational needs.
  • Organize periodic account performance audits andQuarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), track agreed KPI service standards andresolve existing issues timely to safeguard consistent client satisfaction.
  • Formulate and implement customized strategicaccount development roadmaps, tap incremental business potential to driveupsell & cross-sell of full-spectrum services including freight forwarding,warehousing, domestic distribution and customs brokerage.
  • Take full ownership of contract renewal,commercial pricing negotiation and rate formulation, lock in recurring revenueand continuously optimize gross profit margins.
  • Keep close track of industry dynamics and rivalmarket moves, proactively scout, develop and convert high-potential enterprisecustomers to expand client portfolio.

Job Requirements& Education

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or arelated field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 3 years solid hands-on experience insales, business development or key account management within logistics &supply chain sector.
  • Candidates with a demonstrated portfolio ofenterprise logistics clients or verificable key account relationships areadvantageous
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication andnegotiation competency capable of delivering professional proposals andpersuading corporate procurement executives to close deals.
  • Target-oriented with sharp commercial insightconsistent track record of hitting or outperforming annual sales & revenuequotas, skilled in sales funnel management and data-driven performanceanalysis.
  • Able to manage competing priorities, tightdeadlines and complex logistics escalations effectively, adeptat troubleshooting urgent deadlines and complicated logistics exceptionsefficiently.
