Own and manage designated strategic rail key accounts, develop and execute annual sales strategies to achieve revenue and project success.
Lead bid and project strategies to improve win rates and build reference cases for future business growth.
Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, ensuring long-term trust and collaboration.
Facilitate communication between customers and headquarters technical and product teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and translated into solutions.
Leverage rail expertise and key account experience to shape business and project strategies across APAC countries, enhancing overall competitiveness.
Act as the connector between APAC and headquarterschannel customer needs and market trends to HQ, and cascade HQ strategies and resources to regional teams.
Build and strengthen partnerships with system integrators, operators, and strategic partners to create a robust ecosystem and expand market influence.
Drive new project and application development to grow Moxa's footprint and market share in the APAC rail segment.
Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field; Master's degree preferred
8+ years previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
