Job Summary

You will manage and grow strong client relationships within specialist business divisions, overseeing projects from briefing to completion while collaborating with internal teams to deliver timely, high-quality marketing and creative solutions.

Responsibilities

Client Servicing

• Serve as the primary daily contact for assigned clients to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
• Build and sustain trusted client relationships by understanding their needs and providing clear, actionable internal briefs
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide regular project updates to maintain transparency
• Attend client meetings and presentations to represent the agency and clarify project goals
• Manage client expectations and resolve issues professionally to maintain satisfaction

Project Management

• Lead projects from initial briefing through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives
• Develop detailed project timelines and coordinate deliverables across creative, digital, technology, strategy, branding, or PR teams
• Facilitate feedback and revisions between clients and internal teams to ensure project accuracy and quality
• Monitor project progress to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Identify potential delays or issues proactively and escalate them to relevant stakeholders for resolution

Account Management

• Analyze and understand clients business objectives and priorities to tailor service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of briefs, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for effective project tracking
• Prepare quotations, estimates, and scopes of work to support project planning and budgeting
• Monitor project budgets to enforce commercial discipline and cost control
• Assist senior management in preparing presentations, proposals, and pitches to support business growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 2 to 4 years experience in advertising, creative, digital, marketing, PR, communications, branding, social media , martech and/or consultancy environments preferred
• Positive internship experience considered for entry-level Account Executive roles
• Relevant Diploma or Bachelor Degree from a recognized university
• Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of marketing fundamentals, especially social media and digital marketing
• Experience supporting the writing of strategic marketing proposals and designing presentation decks
• Keen interest in AI technologies
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to identify and develop business opportunities is advantageous but not compulsory
