Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the launch, and ongoing management of a Taiwan client's webstore, including high-volume manual administration during the implementation phase
- Managing customer service interactions post customer-service solution provider, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
- Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for both the client team and our webstore/logistic provider (5PL Solution provider), coordinating operational requests and account-related activities
- Liaising with the payment gateway provider regarding webstore operations, transaction management, and issue resolution
- Supporting invoicing reconciliation in collaboration with the Link Finance team to ensure accuracy and timely processing
- Preparing and delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to the client
- Oversee the stock management and reordering process of gears on a regular basis in synch with our webstore/logistic provider and internal sourcing team
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth account operations and successful service delivery
- Any other duties as reasonably required
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience managing key client accounts, preferably within e-commerce, logistics, retail, technology, or B2B service environments.
- Experience supporting webstore or e-commerce operations, including order management, product administration, and customer service processes.
- Strong understanding of customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk or similar CRM/ticketing systems).
- Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL/4PL/5PL), payment gateway providers, or supply chain operations is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including clients, vendors, finance teams, and internal cross-functional teams.
- Experience in invoice reconciliation, reporting, and performance analysis using Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience in inventory management, stock replenishment, and coordination with logistics providers is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience supporting regional or multinational accounts and managing implementation or launch projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of Grab's business ecosystem, digital platforms, or rewards/loyalty programs is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, or similar systems is desirable.
