The position is responsible for supporting the development and execution of business strategies within the CVS channel and other assigned channels. This role drives account performance, develops customer relationships, executes joint business plans, and collaborates cross functionally to achieve sales, market share, and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Business Development

1. Support the development and growth of assigned CVS key accounts.

2. Maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and identify business opportunities to expand sales and market share.

3. Assist in building, negotiating and executing annual account strategies aligned with company objectives.

Sales & P&L Management

1. Drive sales performance and profitability of assigned accounts.

2. Monitor account P&L, promotional spending, and trade investments to ensure healthy ROI.

3. Manage stock agreements and inventory planning with customers and internal supply chain teams.

4. Monitor contracts, customer agreements, invoices, and payment-related matters.

5. Develop annual business plans for assigned accounts.

6. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and category performance to identify growth levers.

7. Set and track account KPIs including sell-in, sell-out, distribution, market share, and profitability.

Joint Business Planning & Execution

1. Build and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) with customers.

2. Contribute customer insights, risks, and opportunities to support commercial strategy development.

3. Track execution of agreed plans at store level and monitor performance against objectives.

4. New product Lauch plan

Forecasting & Demand Planning

1. Prepare and manage sales forecasts for assigned accounts to ensure accurate demand planning and target achievement.

2. Collaborate with Supply Chain-Demand Planning to improve forecast accuracy and minimize stock shortages or excess inventory.

3. Monitor forecast performance, analyze sales trends, and proactively identify risks and opportunities.

4. Lead monthly forecast reviews and provide account insights to support business planning and inventory management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

1. Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain.

2. Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of customer plans.

3. Act as the key contact connecting customer stakeholders with internal business functions.

4. Ensure consistent communication and alignment of company objectives across all touchpoints with customers.
