Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, retain and develop a designated portfolio of aviation clients in the region.
*Account Management of a group of Accounts.
*Develop and retain defined Key Accounts
- Expand products and services within the designated client portfolio in line with financial and non-financial objectives set.
- Maintain awareness of regional market trends versus our own market share.
- Follow the trends, issues, and changes in the industry segment to identify new demand for International SOS products and sales opportunities.
- Relationships. Grow a network and build relationships with decision makers and key stakeholders within the client organisation.
- Support the senior management in the development of Business Plans and periodic account reviews.
- Collaborate with International SOS / MedAire colleagues around the world to identify sales opportunities and/or support client development and retention.
- Lead the implementation of new services for existing clients, or the outright implementation of new clients, to ensure that all administrative, operational and financial activities are in place to ensure high levels of service in clients.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to administrative and financial activities required in respect of the European client base including but not limited to: renewals; contracting; pricing; invoicing; support of cash collections.
- Assist the Aviation team with regional event coordination. This will involve coordination with the MedAire marketing function.
- Maintain up to date and accurate data on the company&aposs CRM system (Salesforce) for the designated client base and any allocated prospective clients.
- Work effectively with internal partners from the medical, security, health and operations teams, Client Services, Business Development and Corporate Services.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of direct B2B solution/consultative selling experience, or prior experience in account management and or sales.
- Prior experience of business and commercial aviation market sectors, or experience of semi-conductor and high-tech market preferred.
- Good interpersonal and relationship building skills. A natural networker with the ability to map out key account plans and effectively up sell into current accounts
- Experience of using IT skills particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the use of database systems.
- Ability to express ideas concisely and clearly, orally and in writing
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness. Ability to work in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment where collaboration is the norm
- A third language would be preferred
