About This Opportunity

Ericsson Taiwan seeks an Account Manager for our New Account Team to drive new business development through deep customer understanding. You'll serve as the critical link between clients and Ericsson, ensuring mutual success across our portfolio: 5G/6G, Cloud, AI, Device & Network testing, and enterprise solutions.

The New Account Team focuses exclusively on creating business with CSP customers, enterprises, and ecosystem partners. We manage end-to-end customer relationships, P&L, technology engagement, and strategic alignment in a collaborative, results-driven culture emphasizing customer intimacy and technical depth.

What You Will Do

  • Establish, manage, and expand customer relationships to secure new business
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and growth areas
  • Manage business risk and implement mitigation strategies
  • Execute insight selling to meet client needs effectively
  • Negotiate profitable contracts with precision
  • Lead commercial management across business activities
  • Drive strategic conversations and identify expansion opportunities
  • Serve as trusted advisor to key decision-makers
  • Orchestrate cross-functional execution across internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with Ericsson policies
