Project Manager Business Development (Taiwan)

ED&C is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Business Development & Project Manager based in Taipei to support our market expansion.

This role combines business development with project ownership, focusing on developing new opportunities involving Korean celebrity engagements, brand partnerships, integrated marketing campaigns, and events. The candidate will be responsible for originating opportunities, shaping proposals, and overseeing projects through to successful execution.

As Korean celebrities continue to hold strong influence across Taiwan and APAC, this position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of entertainment, marketing, and live experiences.

The ideal candidate is responsive, solutions-driven, and comfortable managing both client relationships and project delivery in a fast-moving environment.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, advertising, events, or related industries.
• Experience in advertising, events, entertainment, celebrity engagements, fan meets, concerts, or large-scale events is advantageous.
• Strong interest in entertainment and familiarity with the Korean celebrity industry.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to move discussions towards closure.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to speak Korean is a plus
• Responsible, confident, and able to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and timelines.
