Job Description

Atlas NextWave is a renewable energy recruitment and workforce solutions company, with a

dedicated division providing subcontracted manpower to major projects across Taiwan and

Asia. Since establishing operations in Taiwan in 2017, Atlas NextWave has built a strong client

base and supports 4,500+ contractors globally, with over 170 contractors deployed in Taiwan at

peak.

The Account Manager will be responsible for key multinational client accounts that collectively

generate over USD 10M in annual revenue, supporting large-scale offshore wind projects.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery and coordination of subcontracted

manpower for assigned key accounts. It is not a traditional recruitment role, but a senior

operational position combining account management, project coordination, and workforce

delivery.

The Account Manager will act as the primary interface between clients and internal teams,

ensuring seamless mobilisation, compliance, scheduling, payroll coordination, and contractor

care throughout the assignment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for assigned client accounts through various modes of communication and help to manage client expectations on delivery, timelines and operational constraints.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders from senior management to site teams

Account & Project Delivery Management

  • Own all operational activities required to deliver subcontracted manpower to client projects
  • Coordinate with all internal teams and act as right hand to Business Manager in Taiwan

Resource Planning & Candidate Submission

  • Work with clients on understand the scope of positions, requirements and contract duration.
  • Work with internal recruitment teams for review of submissions, ensuring all documents and CVs sent to the client are professional and accurate.

Offer, Mobilisation & On-Assignment Management

  • Coordinate with the team on full assignment lifecycle and interface with client on mobilisation and work schedules.
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure rotations or schedule changes are adhered to.

Operational Delivery, Payroll & Contractor Care

  • Work with support centre on ensuring the database is updated, timesheets are correct and invoices are issued on time.
  • Monitor payroll and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may come up by interfacing with the client on any issues.
  • Partner with consultants for contractor wellfare and managing difficult situations that may occur.
  • Support retention of contractors and redeployment when necessary.

Risk, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure all work is compliant with labor and employment laws.
  • Identify and assess any compliance risks and lead corrective actions when issues arise.
  • Help identify recurring risk to help modify these with the team by proposing process improvement.
  • Contribute to the standardisation of best practices across projects and accounts.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in account management, project delivery, or workforce coordination within the Offshore Wind, Renewable Energy, Engineering or Construction environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple levels
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Experience working with multinational clients and regional teams is an advantage
