Overview
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive business growth in the consumer electronics and display markets. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving specification activities for DMSD/EMSD products, and supporting customer needs through effective crossfunctional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead specin activities for DMSD (optical sheets)/ EMSD (tape/adhesive/EMI/EMC solutions) products with key customers
- Manage business discussions and commercial negotiations
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate internal crossfunctional teams to resolve issues
- Develop and maintain longterm relationships with key accounts
- Support demand forecasting and provide market insights
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the consumer electronics and display industry
- Proven sales background with demonstrated negotiation achievements
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-culture and cross-regional teams
Preferred Skills
- Business relationship management
- Negotiation and commercial communication skills
- Demand forecasting capability
- English communication proficiency
