RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and drive new logo acquisition across your assigned territory — this is a true hunter role
  • Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting to closing, using a structured, value-led sales methodology (e.g. MEDDPICC)
  • Build, qualify, and progress opportunities with clear visibility across metrics, economic buyers, decision criteria, and decision process
  • Work closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Channel Partners to build and execute winning account strategies
  • Build and maintain a strong, predictable pipeline, with disciplined forecasting
  • Deliver a high-touch customer experience, navigating complex stakeholder environments and driving alignment
  • Develop deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and evolving threat environment
  • Position the solution effectively against key competitors in the endpoint and cloud security space
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Flexibility to engage with regional stakeholders across time zones when needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8 to 12 years of experience managing full-cycle sales within the Taiwan market
  • Experience operating with a structured sales methodology such as MEDDPICC (or similar)
  • Strong track record working with channel partners and executing within a partner-led GTM model
  • Proven success selling complex technology solutions to commercial or enterprise clients
  • Comfortable engaging stakeholders from C-level executives to technical teams
  • Experience in cybersecurity or adjacent technologies is highly advantageous
  • Highly driven, results-oriented, and motivated by performance and achievement
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp both business and technical concepts
  • Resilient, resourceful, and able to thrive in a competitive, high-growth environment
  • Organized, disciplined, and self-motivated with strong ownership of pipeline and outcomes
  • Fluency in Business Traditional Mandarin and English
