Advanced debugging
Performance tuning and optimization
Basic SQL and data structure knowledge
Understanding of organizational development standards
Familiarity with ITIL practices and AMS operating models
Soft Skills
Strong technical analysis and structured problemsolving
Clear communication with functional and technical teams
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Capability to solve complex technical issues
Resultsoriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement

Education and Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
SAP ABAP certification or SAP Learning Hub training (preferred)
ITIL certification (preferred)
Experience
Prior experience providing technical SAP support within an AMS model
Demonstrable experience in ABAP development (5+ years)
Experience maintaining SAP production environments
Preferred experience in implementation, rollout, or stabilization projects
Experience in retail environments and familiarity with Palacio de Hierro operational procedures (preferred)
Work Model
Participation in maintenance windows and afterhours support when required
Ongoing interaction with global or crossfunctional teams
