The Services required shall be as follows:

. Supporting SDT and SMT in student

management and discipline matters (such as

investigation, reporting, communication with

stakeholders (e.g. taking students statements).

. Assisting in drafting and administering

behavioural management forms

. Guiding/coaching students who are on

in-house suspension or Controlled Recess Duty

. Providing direct supervision of identified

students (may require to sit in classrooms)

. Responding to call for help from teachers to

manage students inappropriate behaviour and

bring them to a calming room
