Working Hour

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:30 am to 2:30 pm

Key Roles

• Support SDT and SMT in student management and discipline matters, including investigations, reporting, and stakeholder communication (e.g., taking student statements)

• Assist in drafting and administering behavioural management forms

• Guide and coach students on in-house suspension or Controlled Recess Duty

• Provide direct supervision of identified students (may include sitting in classrooms)

• Respond to teacher call-backs for managing inappropriate student behaviour and escort students to a calming room

• Provide basic counselling support to students

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Minimum qualification: Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Youth Work, or related disciplines

• Preferably 1 year of similar working experience
