  • Perform wound assessments and develop personalized care plans
  • Implement evidence-based treatments for wounds, including pressure injuries, diabetic foot ulcers, surgical wounds, and venous/arterial ulcers
  • Manage complex wound cases and provide clinical guidance to nursing staff
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized wound care plans
  • Monitor wound healing and adjust treatments as needed
  • Educate patients and caregivers on wound prevention, dressing techniques, and self-care
  • Maintain accurate records of wound assessments, treatments, and outcomes
  • Follow infection control protocols and hospital safety standards
  • Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and staff training related to wound care

Requirements

  • Preferably with Degree in Nursing
  • Possess a valid/current nursing practicing certificate in Hong Kong
  • Possess a relevant certificate in Stoma and Wound Care Nursing
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience with a focus on wound care
  • Advanced knowledge of wound care products, technologies, and evidence-based practices
  • Familiarity with hospital policies, infection control, and nursing standards
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese Languages
  • BLS bi-yearly recertification
  • ACLS is required for Critical Care Areas
