Job Description

Perform wound assessments and develop personalized care plans
Implement evidence-based treatments for wounds, including pressure injuries, diabetic foot ulcers, surgical wounds, and venous/arterial ulcers
Manage complex wound cases and provide clinical guidance to nursing staff
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized wound care plans
Monitor wound healing and adjust treatments as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on wound prevention, dressing techniques, and self-care
Maintain accurate records of wound assessments, treatments, and outcomes
Follow infection control protocols and hospital safety standards
Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and staff training related to wound care

Preferably with Degree in Nursing
Possess a valid/current nursing practicing certificate in Hong Kong
Possess a relevant certificate in Stoma and Wound Care Nursing
At least 3 years of clinical experience with a focus on wound care
Advanced knowledge of wound care products, technologies, and evidence-based practices
Familiarity with hospital policies, infection control, and nursing standards
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese Languages
BLS bi-yearly recertification
ACLS is required for Critical Care Areas
