Workday HCM Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant with 3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience to support implementation and support engagements within a large and complex enterprise environment. The successful candidate will have strong experience in Workday Core HCM, business process configuration, security, calculated fields, testing, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday HCM, with Core HCM experience being mandatory.
• Participate in both Workday implementation and production support engagements.
• Configure and maintain Business Processes, Security Groups, and Calculated Fields.
• Prepare functional specifications and translate business requirements into Workday solutions.
• Develop and prepare test scripts and support testing activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver effective Workday solutions.
• Support governance, prioritisation, and continuous improvement activities within large-scale programmes.

Mandatory Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience.
• Strong Workday Core HCM experience.
• Proven experience in both Workday implementation and support.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Business Process Configuration
• Security Groups
• Calculated Fields
• Functional Specifications
• Test Script Preparation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in large and complex enterprise environments.
• Based in Singapore or willing to relocate, subject to applicable work authorisation requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday HCM certification(s).
• Experience with Workday Reporting.
• Experience working with Government or Government Agencies.
• Previous consulting experience.
• Exposure to governance and prioritisation processes within large programmes.
