Candidate Profile 

Mandatory track record 

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in managing Windows environment with about 3-5 years of experience in financial institutes. 
• Must be a bachelor's/engineering graduate. 
• Subject matter expert on core technologies – Windows OS, Hyper-V and Failover Clustering. 
• Knowledge of VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter, VROPS, VRLI) will be an advantage. 
• In-depth hands-on knowledge/experience with HPE hardware (DL, Synergy, Simplivity, Aletra series). 
• In-depth hands-on knowledge/experience with Python, PowerShell and Workflow integration tools. 
• Knowledge and/or hands on working experience with patching tools and Active Directory. 
• Ability to solve complex problems spanning multiple technologies and disciplines. 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and logical skills. 
• Customer service oriented and a strong team player. 
• Ability to work under pressure and a commitment to solving issues. 

Required Skills

Min 8+yrs experience Windows Server 2022/ 2019/2016/2012  - Administration ( OS Patching, Installation, Upgradation, Trouble shooting) -- Must

5+yrs strong experience in Virtualization Technologies Hyper-V / VMWare ESXi / VSphere / VCenter / Nutanix --- Must

Hands on experience in Failover Clustering -- Must

8+yrs experience in Active Directory (AD group., User Access mgmt. Share & Security Permission, etc..)  --- Must

Strong experience in Hardware (hands on experience with any of these technologies) 

Data Center Virtualization (e.g. HPE Synergy, Cisco UCS, Dell Vxrail, etc.) 

Hyper Converged (e.g. HPE Simplivity.) 

Experience in Rack Mount Servers( BL, DL Series) 

Experience in Problem solving skills, Performance Troubleshooting experience  - Network, Storage, Applications  -- Must

Experience in Server deployment / Security Patching Microsoft / Hardware  - Must

Experience in Vulnerability Assessment, follow-up remediation from Windows OS, Admin Components Tenable / Nesus Scan, 

Experience in Monitoring Tools HP OMI, TIVOLI, etc. 

Experience in Scripting - PowerShell, Python, Perl and VBS  - Must

Experience in Project / Solution deployment  -- Must

Experience in Software / Patching Deployment Tools - Altiris, BMC, etc. 

Strong experience in Infra BCP / DRP Experience Failover of the Services  -- Must

ITIL/ Operation / Production Support 

Banking / Financial Domain experience  -- Must

Job Specific Environment and/or Organization 

• Working hours will be in rotating shifts and primarily to cover Europe business hours 
• On-call support will be expected on a rotational basis on both weekdays and weekends
