Job Description

Work items:
1. Support various WiFi-related software and hardware encountered by customers from development to mass production question.
2. Handle the problems reported by customers, analyze and classify them, and cooperate with relevant internal RDs to solve the problems.
3. Execute/make Debug SOP and assist customers or agents to solve problems.
4.
SW:
Transplant, integrate, and customize WiFi software functions to customer platforms
HW:
review circuit diagram
RF related quantities
Interface (PCIE/USB/SDIO) signal measurement

Requirements:
1.36 years of working experience in software or hardware technology development/support.
/>2. Experience in directly supporting customers in dealing with problems
3. Ability to handle multiple cases/clients at the same time
4. Able to work overtime or travel (around the world)
5. Cross-departmental (PM/Sales/RD), background (SWHW) communication and coordination ability and experience.
6. Those with system integration ability and related experience are preferred
