Role Overview
As a Junior TA, you will be a key driver in the from 0 to 1 build-up of our newly Build up Taiwan Design Center. You will move beyond support to take ownership of the full recruitment lifecyclesourcing top-tier R&D talent, managing candidate experiences, and helping define our hiring culture in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Sourcing & Screening: * Proactively map the market and headhunt passive candidates on platforms.
- Conduct initial behavioral screenings to assess cultural fit and technical potential.
- End-to-End Interview Coordination: * Lead the logistics and scheduling for complex technical interviews with global Hiring Managers.
- Act as the primary point of contact to ensure a premium candidate experience.
- Ensure 100% data integrity within our Global HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Employer Branding & Event/ Campus Relations: * Execute talent attraction campaigns to position Celestica as an employer of choice in Taiwan.
- Represent the HPS team at career fairs and university networking events.
- TA Data Analytics & Reporting: * Maintain real-time recruitment trackers (Time-to-Hire, Source Effectiveness).
- Input and analyze data for weekly hiring reports to be presented to the Taiwan Leadership Team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates with a Smart & Fast Learner mindset are highly encouraged to apply.
- Skills: * Strong professional communication in both English and Mandarin.
- High proficiency in MS Office (vLookup/Pivot Tables in Excel is a plus).
- Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Experience: Previous HR internship or experience with ATS/LinkedIn Recruiter is a significant advantage.
