We are seeking an experienced Web commerce (Ast.) Manager to lead and scale our global marketing initiatives. This role goes beyond SEOit covers new user acquisition through our website, and brand awareness building in the EMEA region via media partnerships and other marketing collaborations.
You will manage a small team and work cross-functionally with product, content, and regional marketing teams to drive measurable growth for our B2C products.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Content Marketing
- Lead SEO strategy to improve keyword rankings, website visibility, and drive software/app downloads.
- Guide the content team on keyword-driven blog/article creation and optimization.
- Monitor SEO performance, generate insights, and propose strategic improvements.
Website New User Acquisition
- Develop and execute strategies to increase website traffic and conversion.
- Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to optimize acquisition tactics.
- Work closely with product and analytics teams to align acquisition goals with overall marketing objectives.
EMEA Brand Awareness & Media Partnership
- Build brand awareness in key EMEA markets through PR, media collaborations, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify and negotiate media/advertising opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.
- Collaborate with local teams to adapt global campaigns to EMEA markets.
Team & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Manage and mentor SEO content team.
- Align with global marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Report regularly on campaign performance, acquisition KPIs, and brand impact.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, growth marketing, or digital acquisition, with at least 12 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in website acquisition strategies and SEO success.
- Experience with brand awareness campaigns in EMEA markets is a strong plus.
- Familiar with SEO tools (GA4, GSC, SEMrush) and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global team environment.
- Fluency in English required; additional EMEA languages a plus.
