Job Description

This position will be responsible for working with AnyMind Group publisher partners on a daily basis. You will be challenged to lead by example, updating your understanding of the online advertising industry with a passion for technology and the drive and ownership to work in a startup environment. You will embrace strategic solutions to meet revenue and optimization goals while delivering outstanding service to publisher partners.

【What You Will Do】

  1. Focus on maximizing publishers revenue, technology adoption, and strategic growth.
  2. Deliver advanced analysis and recommendations to maximize publishers revenue.
  3. Yield optimization with multiple demands, SSP, DSP, ad servers, exchanges, Private Marketplace (PMP), etc.
  4. Apply quantitative techniques to drive yield optimization, improve operational efficiencies and explore new revenue opportunities for publishers.
  5. Apply new technologies and solutions to help publishers further grow their business and improve their inventory quality.
  6. Keep up to date with industry research figures and new technology knowledge, and share insights across the team.
  7. (For Manager) Mentor junior team members, oversee account portfolios, and drive departmental strategies to achieve broader business objectives.

【Who You Are】

You should have or be eager to equip yourself with a deep understanding of the online programmatic advertising industry, a passion for technology, and the drive and ownership to work in a startup environment.

You should possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills with an emphasis on teamwork, ownership, initiative, and integrity. You should be energetic and must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to react to changing priorities. The ability to prioritize, deliver in a deadline-oriented environment, and guide others is also critical.

  1. Good command of English.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience for Executive, and 4+ years for Manager (with proven leadership or senior account management experience) in web and app or digital industries.
  3. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, both with internal teams and external clients and vendors.
  4. Good Excel skills and advanced proficiency in other MS Office programs. An analytical mindset and methodical approach to working with data sets.
  5. Familiar with startup culture.
  6. Detail-oriented, well-organized, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  7. The ability to work well independently, lead a team, and self-motivate. Fast learner.
  8. Experienced in one of the following platforms: Google Ad Manager, Google AdSense, Google AdMob, DSP, SSP, Trading desk, and Ad Network is a huge plus.
