Referral BonusPayment

• The Referral Bonus will be paid to the referrer through payroll in the following month after the referee has satisfactory fulfilled the requirementsas stipulated in the Global Staff Referral Program - Scheme Paper
• The referral bonus payment will be issued in 2 phases
  • 50% bonus will be paid after the referee has completed the company's service for 3 months
  • 50% bonus will be paid after the referee has completed the company's service for 6 months
