Warehouse Operations Manager

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and local transportation activities.

• Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and workplace standards, including facility and equipment inspections.

• Monitor operational KPIs, investigate service deviations, and implement corrective actions.

• Lead and support section leads to achieve operational excellence and service targets.

• Manage customer relationships and conduct regular business reviews on service performance.

• Plan, assign, and monitor operational projects to ensure timely and successful completion.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

• Develop manpower plans to support business growth and operational requirements.

• Lead recruitment, performance management, coaching, and development of operations team leaders.

• Handle employee disciplinary and termination matter in accordance with company policies.

• Review and analyze departmental P&L performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability.

• Identify and implement cost-saving and revenue-enhancing opportunities.

• Escalate critical operational risks and issues to management in a timely manner.

• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years managerial experience in 3PL warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and service delivery.
• Good communication skills with customers, vendors and stakeholders.
• Experience in operational improvement and change management.
• Independent, proactive and results oriented.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
