Warehouse Operations Executive / Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, inventory control, and outbound activities.
• Coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and maintain operational records.
• Liaise with customers, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support implementation and usage of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational procedures.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Support warehouse setup and expansion projects when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related disciplines.
• 2-8 years of experience in warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, or 3PL operations.
• Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Experience using WMS systems will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and solve operational issues effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.
