Warehouse Management

We are currently supporting a foreign (Israeli-based) company in hiring a Warehouse & Logistics Specialist. The company operates under a global model where R&D and product design are led in Israel, while the Taiwan team is responsible for supply chain management, supplier coordination, and manufacturing execution.

This role will be responsible not only for daily warehouse operations, but also for warehouse setup, process implementation, and operational optimization. It is ideal for candidates who are looking to grow beyond traditional warehouse roles into supply chain and operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound/outbound and inventory control
• Plan and optimize warehouse workflows and SOPs
• Participate in warehouse setup, relocation, and process implementation
• Establish warehouse procedures and operational standards
• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management
• Hands-on experience in warehouse setup, relocation, or process/system implementation
• Experience in warehouse process planning and optimization
• Basic to good English communication skills (daily communication with overseas manager required)

Compensation:

NTD 70,000 x 13 months (fixed)
