Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for the timely and accurate execution of all warehouse material movements to ensure correct inventory levels and planned operations. The incumbent also ensures materials are stored safely and all physical movements are accurately recorded in the warehouse IT system in real time.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Managed warehouse operations by receiving, unloading, storing, and issuing materials while ensuring accurate documentation and timely material movement to support production. Maintained proper storage conditions, cleanliness, and material protection to prevent damage or loss.
  • Identified and resolved inventory discrepancies, including quantity, labeling, and damaged materials, by following escalation procedures. Supported root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to improve warehouse accuracy and compliance.
  • Recorded all warehouse material movements in the warehouse management system (WMS) in real time to ensure inventory accuracy. Updated transactions such as receiving, storage, transfers, stock adjustments, material issuance, and shipments promptly.
  • Ensured warehouse IT system records matched the actual physical inventory at all times. Performed accurate system updates for all material movements to maintain correct stock levels. Followed proper procedures for recording material transactions, including lists, schedules, and reports. Complied with documentation rules for correct filing, flow, and storage of records.
  • Followed workplace health and safety requirements by identifying potential hazards and applying proper control measures to maintain a safe and healthy environment. Ensured compliance with company and legal EHS standards and supported continuous improvement in safety practices.
  • Practiced safe behavior and promptly reported incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions or behaviors to supervisors. Took part in corrective actions to eliminate risks and prevent future occurrences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 1 year of warehouse experience, preferably in semiconductor or traditional manufacturing
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and ERP systems
  • Familiarity with WMS and Power BI is a plus
  • Basic English communication skills required
