Overview Of The Position
As a VSBU Engineer/Manager, you'll lead the development of automotive connectors, focusing on high-power, high-frequency, and waterproof solutions while ensuring adherence to IATF16949 quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team to develop automotive high-power or high-frequency connectors (including waterproof) and other related products, or have experience in self-developed products or SI simulation.
- Have rich theoretical foundation and product development experience in high-power, high-frequency connectors or waterproof connectors.
- Familiar with IATF16949 automotive product development quality procedures.
- Good English skills, with the ability to write and speak in engineering English.
