Manage and oversee the property valuation vendors who conduct CBG residential property valuation's management process to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Serve as SDMM (Service Delivery Manager Management) and responsible for ensuring effective management of outsourcing arrangements, reviewing SL (service level) performance, approving SL review document, escalation of service disruption issures...etc
Review and approval SLA monthly meeting with outsource property valuation valuer and upload meeting minutes to internal system on time.
Familiar with internal/external outsourcing vendor management guidelines and ensure all follow requirement. Able to identify gaps between requirement and current practice, and able to provide action plan when necessary.
Ensure PV (property valuation) members can complete the valuation case review on time and provide sufficient training to members (including
PV SOP/guidelines).
Co-work with BU for MTJ and enhance customer journey and employee journey as well as increase process efficiency
Conduct due diligence and risk assessments on property valuation vendors, monitoring their performance and addressing any issues or concerns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with property valuation vendor relationships
Develop and implement strategies to optimize property valuation vendor relationships, drive cost efficiencies, and enhance service delivery
Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting on property valuation vendor management activities
Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support to the Consumer Banking Risk Management team on property valuation vendor-related matters
Requirements
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in property valuation and strong knowledge of property market, and a related field within the property services industry
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in vendor management, risk management, or a related field within the financial services industry
Able to accurately evaluate the value of target properties; sensitive to R/E market movement
Equipped with knowledge of civil and R/E related regulations
Can work independently and as a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex risk-related issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Excellent coordination and leadership skills
Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and present findings to stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing vendor management strategies and processes
Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and property valuation industry best practices related to property valuation vendor management and risk management
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent English speaking, reading and writing ability
