Responsibilities
Develop and execute product strategies to drive growth and innovation for the bank's product portfolio
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for new product development or enhancement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and business units, to ensure seamless product delivery and integration
Manage the product lifecycle, including planning, implementation, and continuous improvement
Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product roadmaps and enhance the customer experience
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external partners
Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the bank's product management function
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively present and influence at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaborative decision-making
Familiarity with agile product development methodologies and best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field, such as business, technology, or finance
