Responsibilities
The candidate will function as a Corporate RM, and will be responsible for
- Acquire and develop new customer relationships (including foreign incorporated entities) directly or through intermediaries;
- Proactive management and monitoring of customer accounts to achieve optimum business and profitability;
- Identify new business opportunities, understand customers needs, evaluate risks and structure deals that meet the requirements of both customer and Bank;
- Work with product, operating, & other segments of the Bank to provide prompt and efficient customer service
- Ensure compliance of mandatory banking policies and processes including performing customer due diligence, risk evaluation and account reviews.
- Research and analysis of various Money Service Business and Payment Service Providers locally and globally;
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with >1 year of relevant corporate banking experience.
- Sales driven mentality with a strong business development acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills, including high proficiency in Chinese to speak to Chinese-speaking customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & communicate accurately and effectively.
- Resourceful individual, multitask oriented, Energetic and a good team player.
