Lead the team as Project Manager for data-related IT projects
Participate in a data warehouse renewal project.
You will act as the team lead, responsible for overall planning and management of as-is/to-be data mapping activities, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination.
Project Planning and Management
Develop and manage comprehensive plans for as-is/to-be data mapping and migration activities in the data warehouse renewal project.
Define the scope and workflow of mapping activities based on system specifications, data definitions, and business requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact with business users, IT, and vendors for requirement alignment, issue resolution, and status reporting.
Coordinate and confirm requirements with business users and IT; support requirement clarification, impact analysis, and documentation
Business Requirement and Data Mapping Coordination
Design, lead, and facilitate the overall collection and organization of mapping-related information and requirements from both business users and IT specialists.
Oversee the consolidation and analysis of collected information to identify differences and gaps, drive consensus-building and requirement alignment, provide guidance to team members, review/validate deliverables.
Documentation and Quality Control
Prepare, review, and update data mapping documentation and related project materials.
Risk and Issue Management
Identify project risks, impacts, and issues; propose solutions and contingency plans.
User Support and Knowledge Transfer
Promote the standardization of deliverables and knowledge sharing within the team. Support end-user adoption activities.
Requirements
What you should have:
Experience in banking data warehouse and data mart projects.
Proven ability in project planning, management, delivery of as-is/to-be mapping, and cross-functional leadership.
Demonstrated experience coordinating with business, IT, and vendor stakeholders, as well as team supervision and coaching.
Preferred Skills And Personal Attributes
Experience in DWH system renewal, requirements definition, or data migration projects.
