An Investment Firm is looking for a VP, Pre-acquisition Due Diligence professional to join their Private Equity Real Estate team.
 
You will join a team of 3, supporting the Private Equity Real Estate, Operational Due Diligence business. You will be responsible for leading any governance-related initiatives for the PERE business. Working with both internal and external stakeholders to perform for the role, you will lead in ensuring that any JV vendor operational processes/practices are in line with regulatory and internal business standards. The role will require someone with an internal audit/controls/governance experience with a keen eye for identifying change initiatives.
 
The ideal candidate comes with 10 years relevant experience from an internal audit background, preferably from Real Estate/Funds/Asset Management. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills will be a pre-requisite for the role. Self starter, ability to work independently and be a strong team player at the same time.
