VP Investment, Special Situations Investment Fund (Hong Kong) (CLOSED)

Our client is an alternative investment firm that invests in companies that have substantial potential for value realization and recovery. They adopt situations investment strategies and they focus in emerging technologies sectors. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for VP Investment and the position can be based in Hong Kong or Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the end-to-end deal execution process including due diligence and investment structuring etc
• Oversee the deal models and investment valuation
• Perform financial analysis and modelling, conduct industry research and analysis
• Work with senior management to involve in negotiating and structuring transactions
• Provide guidance to junior members
• Work with senior management to drive and execute business strategy for the firm
• Other ad-hoc investment duties when necessary

Key Requirements

• At least 6 years of investment experience in Special Situations, Principal Investment, Opportunistic Investment, Private Credit, Private Equity industry
• Strong deal execution experience and able to lead the deal process
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Entrepreneurial and committed, flexible to work in a small office environment
