RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a passionate Volunteer Executive to join our Volunteer Management Team

The role is to grow our volunteer pool, build community partnerships, and strengthen volunteer management efforts to support the disadvantaged and vulnerable.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and liaise with schools, corporates, and community partners for volunteer opportunities
• Manage the full volunteer lifecycle (recruitment, screening, orientation, training, deployment, retention)
• Maintain and enhance volunteer management systems and programmes
• Collate, prepare, and analyse volunteer data for quarterly reports on volunteer and beneficiary outcomes, support Balanced Scorecard performance tracking and impact measurement

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in volunteer management or related areas
• Strong digital skillsets, including proficiency in volunteer management systems and MS Office
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Organised, self-motivated, and a strong team player
• Passion for volunteerism marketing experience is a plus
