Maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients (VIPs), providing 1-on-1 exclusive service to enhance user engagement and trading activity;
Understand VIP user needs and provide them with professional product and market information support;
Handle user feedback, complaints, anomalies, and security-related issues promptly.
VIP User Growth and Incentives
Develop and implement VIP user growth strategies, including new user acquisition, user activation, user retention, and reactivation of dormant users;
Based on trading volume, asset size, and other performance metrics, provide differentiated incentives (commission rebates, airdrops, platform benefits, etc.) to users.
Assist in promoting the VIP tiered system and optimizing its benefits design.
Event Planning and Operation: Responsible for planning and organizing VIP-exclusive events (AMA, offline salons, learning courses, trading competitions, etc.); Develop effective event formats based on market trends and user profiles to enhance user engagement and platform stickiness;
Data Analysis and Growth Strategy: Conduct refined analysis based on user transaction data, asset size, and other indicators; Regularly generate reports on user behavior insights, retention analysis, and transaction trends; Optimize existing VIP service processes to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
Cross-departmental collaboration: Coordinate with risk control, product, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth VIP service.
Drive VIP product feature iterations, such as VIP access channels, dedicated customer service systems, personalized permissions, and liquidity priority.
Job Requirements:
3+ years of experience in user operations, relationship management, and VIP operations on financial or trading platforms;
Fluent Chinese to liaise with Chinese clients
Prior experience in VIP client management at CEXs, securities firms, forex companies, futures companies, or other financial institutions is preferred;
Excellent communication and service awareness, familiar with user growth and refined operations.
