Experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams on large initiatives. Knowledge of various Agile approaches including Scrum, SAFe, XP, Kanban, and Spotify. Awareness and experience with Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, and Agile Games. Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence. Ability to quickly learn new technology and translate ambiguous topics into actionable plans working with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication and mentoring skills. Preferred Agile certifications including CSM, PSM, SAFe SSM. Strong talent for driving change, building consensus, resolving conflicts, and problem-solving.
