The OpportunityThis is a senior leadership role for an experienced HR executive who has built and led people functions in globally operating infrastructure, technology, or related environments.
You will be responsible for the full HR agenda, including:
The role involves scaling an early-stage HR function into a robust, multi-country capability that supports rapid expansion.
The ideal candidate understands global talent ecosystems and has experience working across Western and Asian markets. You should be adept at operating in culturally diverse environments and establishing governance standards that meet expectations of sophisticated stakeholders and investors.
