Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required with 5-7 years of progressive related recruiting experience preferably in financial service, tech company or fintech Proven expertise in full-cycle technical recruiting across various engineering disciplines, preferably in a fast-paced or matrixed environment Demonstrated success hiring for Software Engineers (Backend, Fullstack, Frontend), Architects, Data Engineers, Product is required. Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across stakeholders. Comfort using AI and data-driven tools in the recruiting process, from sourcing to assessment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and priorities independently. Experience managing and closing complex offers, including compensation negotiation. Clear, professional communication and a strong sense of ownership.
