The role will be based in Taichung, Taiwan ROC with the expectation of a hybrid work model.
PineBridge Investments is seeking an VP of Channel Sales.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Sell and market the organization's asset management products across key channels.
- Design, develop and implement sales strategies and distribution plans for channels, including banks, Investment brokerages, and life insurance companies to maximize business opportunities and revenue growth.
- Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with intermediary clients to support long-term business development.
- Partner closely with portfolio managers and product marketing teams to develop solutions that aligned with client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and client demands to proactively identify business opportunities and enhance product positioning.
Qualifications:
- University graduate or above with 5 years related working experience in financial market.
- Qualified holder of Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Professional (投信投顧業務員) or Senior Securities Specialist (證券商高級業務員) or Securities Investment Analyst (證券投資分析師)
- Strong knowledge of mutual fund products, including equities, fixed income and derivatives.
- Demonstrate ability to manage client relationships and drive sales outcomes in a competitive market environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate products concept to clients.
- Strong problem solving skills, with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg and Lipper is a plus.
