1. Supervise the multimedia marketing personnel under the jurisdiction to implement operating standards, pre-sales KYC assessment, confirm the suitability of sales products, sales process control, after-sales service, risk point assessment training and coordinate sales dispute cases.
2. Practice sales skills on a daily basis, provide training and guidance to multimedia marketing personnel under the jurisdiction, and improve the achievement rate of performance goals.
3. Properly allocate customer resources in accordance with company policies and regularly track business activity volume and performance.
4. Promote teamwork to achieve annual goals.

1. Team performance goal setting and management

2. VFA manpower recruitment and determination

3. VFA sales quality control

4. Coaching VFA sales skills and sales process

5. Attendance and activity management

Requirements:

- University (college) degree or above, qualified as a personal insurance salesperson and qualified to sell investment or foreign currency policies

- At least two years of experience in selling financial products

- At least two years of experience in face-to-face sales

- At least three years of relevant business management experience in the financial and insurance industry
