Venue Booker (Part-Time, Contract-based)

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Venue Booker to manage restaurant and caf reservations across Hong Kong and Taiwan.

This role involves handling 50+ bookings per week via phone calls and online reservation platforms.

This position requires a fluent Mandarin and English speaker with strong communication skills, consistent availability, and the ability to manage bookings smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact restaurants and cafs via phone and online reservation platforms to secure bookings and maintain positive relationships
• Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all bookings
• Communicate reservation updates clearly with internal teams
• Handle last-minute changes and special requests professionally

Requirements

• Native-level Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written)
• Fluent-level English proficiency (for written communication)
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, booking coordination, or administrative support is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently and calmly
• Comfortable working remotely
• Able to work regularly during the following time slots: Saturday mornings
