1. Lead and manage 4 to 6 business supervision teams under his jurisdiction, responsible for the operational promotion and goal management of the regional multimedia marketing team, ensuring that front-line marketing personnel follow operating principles and perform pre-sales KYC assessments, product suitability confirmation, sales process control, after-sales service quality maintenance, and risk point assessment and coordination of sales disputes.
2. Plan and promote the development and performance growth of sales talents, and assist supervisors to improve their coaching capabilities through daily sales drills, situational training and supervisory coaching mechanisms, thereby driving overall team performance and quality performance.
3. Formulate regional business development strategies and actively expand potential customers, including through active outbound dialing and sales development, lead the team to effectively establish a transaction conversion process, and fully record sales development activities in the system.
4. Manage customer relationships and resource allocation, properly allocate customer resources according to company policies and target strategies, ensure that business personnel have sufficient potential lists, and track the development status, transaction conversion rate and after-sales service process of each supervisory team to improve overall customer satisfaction and repurchase rates.
5. Responsible for regional sales target and reward management, covering individual or team sales target allocation, and can be linked to the bonus and incentive system set by the company. It is necessary to regularly track performance progress, diagnose problems and modify strategies to achieve expected revenue and growth targets.
6. Serve as a bridge between horizontal collaboration and operational communication. As a key communicator between the company and each regional operation team, provide operational feedback and support. 政策落地執行,並統整區域銷售數據與管理報表,供高階主管決策依據。
