Valuation and Advisory Services (Multiple Seniority)

We are expanding our team and actively seeking talents at various experience levels. We welcome junior professionals as well as seasoned experts for roles up to Associate Director. Join us in providing exceptional valuation and advisory services that make a meaningful impact in the industry.

What you will be working on:

• Generate and execute a range of valuation assignments, including property appraisals, market studies, and investment analysis for various asset classes such as residential, commercial, industrial, and retail properties. Conduct project feasibility studies to assess the viability of developments and investments.
• Maintain a strong attention to the due diligence process, ensuring that all valuation reports are supported by comprehensive research and analysis. This includes verifying data, examining market trends, and synthesizing information to deliver accurate and timely advice to clients.
• Serve as the primary contact point for client inquiries, addressing questions regarding valuation methodologies, the validity of comparables used, and the rationale behind conclusions or opinions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
• For more senior roles, lead and manage a team of valuers, researchers, and junior staff in conducting valuation tasks. Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality work and develop professionally.
• Oversee the execution of valuation projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and standards of quality are maintained. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within CBRE to deliver integrated services to clients.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in commercial real estate valuation. Engage in professional development opportunities, including relevant certifications, courses, and training sessions.
• Take on any other assignments as directed by the senior management team, contributing to the overall success and growth of the valuation and advisory division.

You are someone with:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
• Strong communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese. Ability to speak Mandarin would be a plus
• An analytical mindset and possess strong ability to articulate research findings and opinions in valuation and professional reports
• For more senior roles: At least 5 years of experience in the valuation space and experience in a people management capacity, with the ability to mentor junior team members and drive team results.
