Site Name: Taiwan - Taipei Posted Date: Apr 15 2025 Primary Objective of Position: The role is to manage Adults Vaccine Portfolio Taiwan marketing strategies by understanding the market competition, customer's/patient's insight and develop annual brands & adult vaccine portfolio strategy to win in short and long-term business opportunities to deliver profitable and sustainable winning market share aligned to overall vaccine strategy. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities: Formulate and develop product portfolio marketing plan including goals, strategies, activation plans and programs to deliver adult vaccine portfolio and able to articulate the brands plan to all internal relevant stakeholders. Capable to work together with cross functional team including medical, CS&L, RA, and all other cross functional team to ensure products supply, deliver the product strategies and deliver the product position to achieve the business goals. Execute the overall product marketing activities and programs such as symposium, forums and overseas congress etc. EE management & understanding the ongoing customer insights to ensure deliver the competitive product promotion. Develop and implement product knowledge training and product communication tools (e.g eDA, patient education kits). Ensure effective control and monitor of marketing results within designated budgets & update monthly rolling forecast on monthly DRM meeting. Work together with above country team to prepare NPI launch plan if any and accountable for the launch readiness. Analyse competitive position of company products and recommend price structures. Communicate with field forces on sales campaigns and marketing activities and monitor follow-through Prepare product forecast for adequate stock Key Behavioural Competencies Required: Strategic thinking and able to articulate to other a scenario with good communication skill Results and performance driven Big picture perspective in managing stakeholders and delivering results (strong collaboration and leadership skill) Comfortable with ambiguity Creative problem-solving Sense of urgency Experience / Knowledge / Technical Skills Required: Familiar with healthcare/pharma related industry experience At least 3 years in integrated media marketing experiences for disease awareness maximization, with prior OTC management experience is a plus.
