Position Summary You will represent our vaccines business across Hsinchu. You will build trusted relationships with hospitals, clinics and public health partners. You will turn local customer insight into clear territory plans that improve access and protect patients. We value curiosity, teamwork and measurable results. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospital clinicians, immunization programme leads, clinic managers and public health teams in Hsinchu. Share clear, evidence-based information about vaccination programmes with healthcare professionals and decision-makers. Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve objectives and improve patient access. Collaborate with medical affairs, market access and account teams to deliver local initiatives and events. Use local data and customer insight to identify opportunities and report actionable recommendations to your manager. Keep accurate records in CRM, manage territory activities and follow compliance standards and budgets. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Minimum 3 years sales experience working with hospitals, clinics or public health organisations. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals. Strong Mandarin communication skills English proficiency is an advantage. Comfortable using CRM systems and basic data analysis to guide decisions. Right to work in Taiwan and willingness to travel within the territory. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Experience working in a teaching hospital, public health programme or immunization setting. Background in vaccines, infectious disease or preventive health. Experience presenting clinical or scientific information to clinicians. Existing professional network in Hsinchu and surrounding areas. Demonstrated ability to lead local projects and work cross-functionally.
